George J Grove & Son, Inc has been the trusted exterior home improvement contractor for homeowners in Lancaster County, PA since 1963. We specialize in exterior home repairs and improvement projects, including roofing, windows & doors, siding, gutters.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation and Service Technician to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality home improvement services and thrive in a hands-on, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Install and repair windows, doors and siding
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Handle other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in related fields is highly encouraged
- Familiarity with necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday 7am start, with occasional weekend and overtime work to meet project deadlines.

Pay:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($1,000 paid after 60 days, $1,000 after 6 months and $3,000 — paid at 12 months, contingent on active employment and meeting defined performance benchmarks)
- Annual Pay Range: $62,000.00 – $92,000.00 per year
- Hourly Rate Based on Experience and Performance
